Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, along with a tracking number.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We are proud to offer Free Shipping on all standard orders across India!

Standard Delivery: 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location.
Metro Cities: Usually delivered within 3-4 business days.
Remote Areas: May take up to 7-10 business days.

*Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances like extreme weather conditions or carrier delays.

3. Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS (if a phone number was provided). You can also use our built-in Track My Order page by entering your Order ID and Email Address to get real-time updates on your package's journey.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for most pin codes in India. When opting for COD, please ensure that someone is available at the shipping address to receive the package and make the payment.

5. Damages and Missing Items

Moru International takes utmost care in packaging. However, if you receive a damaged product or if your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at support@moruinternational.com. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, and include photographic evidence in your email.

6. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
