Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Window

We want you and your pet to be absolutely happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you can initiate a return within 7 days of the delivery date.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • In its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
  • Free from any pet hair, odors, or signs of wear.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Personal care and grooming products (shampoos, conditioners, brushes).
  • Food, treats, and supplements.
  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page.
  • Items that have been damaged by the pet after delivery.

4. Return Process

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@moruinternational.com with your Order ID.
  2. Attach clear photos or a short video showing the condition of the item.
  3. Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or provide instructions for shipping the item back.

5. Refunds & Processing

Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 3-5 days), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.
